A |     The trailer for Gustaakh Ishq has been released. The movie stars Naseeruddin Shah, Vijay Varma, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sharib Hashmi. The trailer of the movie showcases a love story that navigates through several challenges.                                                  It begins with Vijay and Fatima's characters being in love with each other. While Vijay tries to woo Fatima and gets close to her father (Naseeruddin Shah), Fatima tries to reject his advances. The two slowly fall in love as they become fond of each other. However, certain challenges crop up, which make the duo separate and have a tough time without each other.     At the trailer launch, the team of Gustaakh Ishq wore white while promoting the movie. Opening up, Manish Malhotra said that he backed the movie as it is different from what is being made in the industry. He also spoke about the casting. Manish said, "Vibhu and my team had a lot of discussions about the cast. We fixated on Vijay as he is an intense actor. He has the height, look and an old world charm. Then we thought of Fatima. She is beautiful. I sent the script to her and she agreed to do the film. They were our first choices. We wanted an unusual pair. You don't expect to see Vijay in a romantic look." Vijay and Fatima shared how the sets were filled with laughter and opened up about their camaraderie. They also shared about being goofy with each other and made the audience laugh at the trailer launch.           Fans have also loved the moments in the trailer featuring Naseeruddin Shah. In some moments, his comic timings have earned immense cheers from the audience at the event. Manish said, "The first meeting with Naseeruddin sir was about his price. I was being nervous but we had a long discussion.
